Just In Time {Reno, NV Wedding and Event Clean-up}

The day is over, dreams have come true, now let Just In time bring your event to an end by cleaning and preparing the venue so you don't have to. Their team comes in while the party is on it's last dance. They pack up your personal items, tear down table and chairs, sort other venders' belongings, and will bag up the tuxes which they can return for you the next day--all to guarantee your venue deposit. So when you need to leave worries behind, call them and they'll be there "Just In Time."

Kathleen of Just In Time has always had a talent for organizing and cleaning since she was 10 years old; she has been told that her head stone will be in the shape of a vacuum. Cleaning to her is an art form, as well as a gift to the community. Her degree is in business, and after years in law office management, she decided to put this gift to work. As in anything, it started small with 4 clients of which she still has. By trial and error she put together her bag of magic, which holds some
awesome products and a system that allows her to whirl through any job.
As you follow her Blog called “ Psychology of Cleaning” you will find the secret of cleaning and how it has become a tool to teach many, not just cleaning, but how organizing your life which in turn will allow you to become all that you can be.

The Stylish Scribe (Reno, NV Wedding Invitations)

Creating custom invitations and cards was never a career path Jessica Nicely had envisioned for herself. Rather, it was happily stumble upon after she designed her own invitations for her June 2009 wedding. Frustrated that she could not find a mass-produced design that would capture both their personalities and the exotic Mexican destination, she came up with her own custom look that was carried through save-the-date cards, invitations, menus, and even a welcome brochure for their guest.

The results were so professional that many of her guest did not realized that she had made them herself.

After revealing her hidden talent for design, her family and friends encourage her to offer her services to the public. Soon after returning from her honeymoon, she posted several of her invitations on Etsy.com, where she quickly attracted clients from around the world. The response gave her the encouragement she need to start her own business, and as she neared the completion of her M.B.A the timing was right. The Stylish Scribe was established from Jessica's own living room in January 2009.

As a Stylish Scribe Jessica provides a custom design experience at a cost that makes her work accessibly to anyone.

The process can be a simple as selecting a design from one of her collections, or a consultation can be set up to create an invitation that is truly one of a kind.

All About the Music {Reno, NV Wedding and Event DJ}

KC  from All About The Music grew up in Southern California with a deep love of music and people. At ten years old He was collecting records and making mix tapes. He started dj-ing in the mid 80’s with a pair of turntables and a Radio Shack mixer doing school functions and friend’s parties. In 1988, he began spinning tunes professionally for a prominent wedding entertainment service, having completed their very thorough training and soon became one of their most requested DJ’s. After a year with that company, he began booking gigs himself, filling dates that he did not have booked with the original company.

In the ensuing years he has presided over 600 receptions and hundreds of other parties and corporate events. Tat means there are more than 1200 people out there that he introduced for their first dance as man & wife, watched cut their cake, and counted down as they tossed their flowers and garters to eager single guys and gals. But more importantly, there are over 1200 people out there for whom he was able to make their reception all they had dreamed and more. It is an honor and responsibility he takes very seriously.

You want someone who is experienced to be setting the tone for your reception. Not someone who is just showing up for a gig. He takes a genuine interest in you and your guests and he does not sub-contract your event out to other DJs who don’t have the experience or reputation to protect like he does. He is All About The Music Professional DJ service- when you book the company, you are booking KC.

He will, at no extra charge, meet with you prior to the event and help you plan out your reception’s events and music. He can give you ideas you might not have considered and tailor your music mix towards the tastes of you and your guests.
Then, on the big day, he can act not only as a DJ and MC but also as your reception coordinator, making sure everything goes smoothly with the photographer, the caterer, your guests and yourselves so that you can just relax and enjoy the reception without having to worry about the details or schedule.

He brings a fully digital setup to the gig with tens of thousands of songs which are backed up two or more times. He can play songs off ipods and iphones as well, and if you like certain types of music, he can bring thousands of songs on vinyl along with turntables for that old-school sound. If you need ceremony music, he can help you choose the right song and play it as you walk down the aisle. He uses very high-end JBL speakers and subwoofers for a sound that is precise and clear no matter if you have 25 or 2500 guests, and he has a complete backup system, just in case, for your peace of mind.

He is never late. He is at the gig at least and hour before he is scheduled to play. He doesn’t schedule other events that day so there won’t be any conflicts. He doesn’t charge for set-up or breakdown. I doesn’t take breaks and always dresses in appropriate attire.

Finally, his style when deejaying is “All About the Music”. He is not an egocentric wannabe radio DJ who loves to hear his/her own voice between and during every song. He believes that a good DJ should be able to get the dance floor packed by the music he/she plays, not by corny gimmicks or by desperate urging. He will make all your announcements and interact with your guests, but he believes first and doremost that the bride and groom are the stars of the reception, and that he plays an important but supporting role in the flow and feel of the event.

A bad DJ can ruin a reception more quickly than almost any other person you hire for your special day. But a great DJ can elevate the party into something truly special and worthy of celebration of your love.
