This gal is graduating from UNR next month and wanted to celebrate her excitement by getting her portraits done! She started in communications and ended up in language arts. She wants to eventually be able to teach sign language. She credited her success to her parents who paid for all of her schooling:)

What a beautiful wedding this was! Located at the Silver Legacy, it was a perfect location for this couple. From the red shoes, to the red flowers, the details were amazing. Looking back on my wedding, the thing that I remember being the biggest hassle and biggest head ache was the invitations. It was horrible picking out the pictures to go on them, designing them, and last but not least, addressing the envelopes.

Do remember as a teenager, going to the mall and getting pictures taken in the photo booth with your friends? Well, they are no longer something you can only find at the mall. They are the perfect addition to any celebration!

Photo booths are becoming mainstream for parties, especially weddings. Couples like to have photo booths at their weddings to give guests something they can take home and remember and have lasting memories. They are a great alternative to wedding favors (and cheaper too!). They are something everyone can enjoy, no matter what age. They are great for parties, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, you name it!

With the Easter season also comes.......spring break! A lot of locals like to travel to Tahoe, California, and anywhere else where there is sunshine. The downside....gas prices are going up. The upside of spring break...there are plenty of great places to visit right here in Reno. One place in particular is the new Discover Museum. 

We are located only kiddy-corner from the museum and we see schools, families, couples, people of all ages go in and out of there all the time and their reactions to it are amazing. When they walk out, they look like they had so much fun. There are tons of stations for kids to learn and be interactive. I would high recommend checking it out and seeing what all the fuss is about:)

This morning, we woke up early to do an engagement session of a wonderful couple who's wedding we are photographing in August (during Hot August Nights!)

Kaitlin we bright and chipper and ready for the day. We love couples who are willing to photographer early (when the lighting is the best) and are happy to be there. We were lucky enough to have permission from Reno Auto & Truck Wreckage to let us photograph before hours. Cars are a big part of Tyler's life. In fact, for their wedding, every bridal party couple will be driving a different vintage car. It's going to be amazing! We can't wait for the wedding!
